ModSeed Minecraft EULA Notice

ModSeed is a tool for building Minecraft add-ons. This short notice explains how Minecraft's own rules apply to what you make here. It is not the Minecraft EULA itself — you can always read the original at the link below.
1. The Minecraft EULA applies to you
Minecraft is owned by Mojang Synergies AB (part of Microsoft). Everyone who plays Minecraft, builds add-ons, or distributes them agrees to the Minecraft EULA. During sign-up you confirmed that you (and your parent or guardian, if you are under 18) accept the Minecraft EULA.

2. Follow the Usage Guidelines too
Mojang also publishes Usage Guidelines covering what you may do with Minecraft content. You can read them at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/usage-guidelines.
Important: whether you may charge money for, monetize, or commercially distribute the add-ons you build is governed by Mojang's EULA and Usage Guidelines — not by us. ModSeed takes no position on it and grants you no rights to Minecraft itself. In short, the current guidelines allow sharing genuine, non-confusing add-ons within their rules, and restrict selling mods for money — check Mojang's current documents before you monetize anything.
3. Mojang's intellectual property
Minecraft, its name, its assets (like block textures, sounds, and looks), and anything derivative of Mojang's property belong to Mojang Synergies AB (part of Microsoft), and their rules govern them — including anything in your export that derives from or modifies their property.
What you build here from scratch (your own nodes, settings, and original pixel art) is yours under our Terms of Service — but Minecraft's rules still apply when you install, share, or distribute the result. ModSeed claims no ownership of Minecraft and grants you no license to Minecraft beyond what Mojang itself grants you.
4. What we do with your builds
The files ModSeed exports are yours to install, play, and share as the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines allow. The license we take in your creations (in our Terms of Service) exists so we can host, back up, and promote the service — it does not change what Minecraft's rules let you do.
5. Not a Mojang or Microsoft product
ModSeed is not associated with, or approved by Mojang or Microsoft. MODSEED IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH, OR APPROVED BY MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
